For commercial pest control · hood cleaning · grease trap · food-safety training

Know which restaurants just failed inspection for pests — before your competitors do.

InspectWire turns official health-inspection records into a weekly or daily list of restaurants for your territory. Every one is a restaurant with a documented problem you can fix.

First month free. No card needed. Get the Monday list for your area for 4 weeks. If it brings you work, stay on for $79/mo. If not, you owe nothing.

Every restaurant already has a pest vendor.

The moment they're open to a new one is right after a bad inspection. Those records are public, but they're spread across dozens of city and state portals in different formats. Nobody on your team has time to check them every day. We do it for you.

How it works

1

Pick territory & service

Choose a county, borough or city and what you sell: pest, hood and exhaust, drain and grease trap, or food-safety training.

2

We watch the records daily

Our system pulls new inspections from official sources and flags the citations that match your service.

3

You get the list

A clean email digest plus a CRM-ready spreadsheet: business, address, published phone, date, result and exactly what was cited.

What's in every list

  • Business name and address
  • Business phone where the agency publishes it (NYC does)
  • Inspection date, type and result
  • The exact citation text, e.g. "Evidence of mice…"
  • Repeat flag if the business was cited more than once recently
  • A “Call first” ranking of the top restaurants, each with a one-line reason
  • A “Follow up” list of places from earlier lists that were cited again or still show a failing result
  • Pro: daily alerts and client-watch for your existing accounts
