Common requests
- Free territory snapshot: use the request form.
- Manage or cancel a subscription: use the billing link in any digest or receipt, or open the billing portal, or reply "cancel" to any InspectWire email.
- Refunds: see the refund policy.
- A record looks wrong: tell us the lead ID (first column of the CSV). Corrections to the official record must be requested from the agency that published it.
